A couple walking hand in hand above the Atlantic

Love story / Newfoundland

Last light, together.

A summer evening on the Atlantic edge.

The story

The evening began with space: ocean behind them, wind moving through the grass, and late light reaching across the headland.

The session never tried to pull them away from the landscape. It let the place hold them—two people inside a much larger scene, comfortable enough to forget the camera for a while.

01 / Distance

The landscape gave the photographs their scale.

From farther back, the coastline tells the first part of the story: wildflowers, dark rock, open water, and two figures sharing the view. The photographs feel less like poses and more like memories of being there.

02 / Nearness

Then the distance closed.

A hand held. A shared laugh. A glance that lasted just long enough. The strongest frames came from watching what happened naturally, while the sun warmed the grass and softened the ocean behind them.
